An exciting new campaign has been launched by H2O Publishing, which publishes Care Home Catering, to find chefs who are willing to test supplier products in return for a fee.
As part of the new H2O Road Test, participants who have worked in the hospitality and foodservice industry for a minimum of five years will be required to demonstrate a product on camera, discussing its key benefits and tips on how to use it.
Details of the Road Test will then be printed in the H2O title selected by the supplier, while the video will be shared in the digital edition and on our websites and social media channels.
The opportunity is open to any chef who may be out of work, on furlough or still in full-time employment. For every product road tested, the chef will receive £500.
