Blackthorns gives out Christmas hampers
Blackthorns helped spread some Christmas cheer to their local community at the end of 2021.
Runwood Homes Senior Living Care Home, Blackthorns, helped spread some Christmas cheer to their local community at the end of 2021 by gifting the local day centre a luxury John Lewis Christmas Hamper.
The team at Halstead Day Centre were very grateful to receive the hamper from the Blackthorns team.
“I really enjoyed being able to take the hamper over to the wonderful team at Halstead Day Centre," says Carl Roberts, associate director of sales and marketing at Runwood Homes. "The team there do so much good for the community and it was great to be able to give back and to show our appreciation. At Runwood Homes, we understand the importance of building upon community connections, and everyone at Blackthorns looks forward to working closely with the team at Halstead Day Centre in 2022.”
Over the Christmas period, Blackthorns engaged with the local community in a number of ways, including sponsoring Halstead Town Council’s Christmas tree.
