Valentine & CuisinEquip makes two new appointments

Valentine & CuisinEquip appoints Carol-Ann Marshall as regional manager for Scotland and promotes Philip Sanderson to the new role of business development director

A company that is known for supplying some of the highest-quality catering equipment on the market, Valentine & CuisinEquip, has announced the appointment of Carol-Ann Marshall as regional manager for Scotland and the promotion of Philip Sanderson to business development director.

With more than 30 years of foodservice experience, Marshall brings a wealth of knowledge, an undisputed contact book and a passion for delivering the highest standards of service and support. Her impressive CV features stints at leading distributors as well as prominent catering equipment manufacturers, including Frialator, Welbilt and most recently, six years as account manager for Scotland and Ireland at Hoshizaki.

Stepping into the newly created role of regional manager for Scotland, Marshall will use her experience and knowledge to support Valentine & CuisinEquip’s dealer and distributor partners and operator customers in the region. Focusing on the company’s extensive product portfolio, which includes brands such as Valentine, Vito, LightFry and Bottene, Mashall will also deliver aftersales support including training and culinary menu development as part of her role.

Commenting on her appointment, Marshall says: “I have been lucky enough to have worked for some fantastic companies, supplying innovative equipment to wonderful dealers and distributors throughout my career. In addition to Marshall’s appointment, Valentine & CuisinEquip has also announced a promotion for Philip Sanderson, who moves from regional account manager for London and the South East to the new role of business development director.

Having spent almost six years with the company, Sanderson’s promotion comes after a period of sustained growth. In his new role, Philip not only joins the company’s board of directors but will become responsible for growing sales and seeking new business opportunities in the multi-site group and chain sector. He will also continue to support the dealer and distributor market in London and the South East.
