THE POWER OF PROGRESSION - The Programme
This year’s Care Home Catering Forum, which will offer delegates 12 inspiring speakers, a dedicated exhibition and an opportunity to catch up with their colleagues from across the care catering sector.
The final countdown has begun for this year’s Care Home Catering Forum, which will offer delegates 12 inspiring speakers, a dedicated exhibition and an opportunity to catch up with their colleagues from across the care catering sector.
Returning to the Farmers and Fletchers Hall in London’s Barbican on Thursday 5th June, at 10.am, this year’s Care Home Catering Forum will enable delegates to learn more about the two most important care catering developments of the past year, together with a host of other topical issues.
The aim of the Forum is to provide a space where delegates can share ideas, views and information, while also inspiring them to view the challenges that face everyone working within care catering in a new and creative way.
The 12 speakers participating at this one-day event are experts in their particular fields and, amongst other things, they will advise how delegates can practically and profitably adopt the guidelines set out in the Care Home Digest that was launched by the British Dietetic Association (BDA) last June and the recommendations relating to dysphagia care and management covered by Care England in the White Paper it produced last November.
In addition, they will also cover such topical issues as food waste, safeguarding the mental health of care caterers, vegan and vegetarian diets in care settings and ways to enhance the dining experience. In addition, one of the speakers will be explaining how his visit to last year’s Forum has changed the course of his life!
As well as our distinguished speakers, delegates will also be able to enjoy visiting the stands at the accompanying dedicated exhibition, where some of the industry’s leading suppliers will be displaying their latest products and services.
