Middleton Foods achieves highest AA+ status in BRCGS Audit

Th company has announced that both its bespoke gluten free production facility and main site have achieved AA+ certifications following an unannounced BRCGS audit

One of the UK’s leading manufacturers of foodservice and bakery pre-mixes, has announced that both its bespoke gluten free production facility and main site have achieved the highest possible AA+ certifications, following a recent unannounced BRC Global Standards (BRCGS) audits for Food Safety.

Commenting on the certifications, Pete Moss, general manager at Middleton Foods says: “I’m extremely proud of the AA+ certifications achieved following the audits of both our gluten free site and main site. There’s no higher recognition than this, and I’m delighted for the entire Middleton Foods team, as these certifications are testament to their commitment and dedication to maintaining such excellent standards of food safety.
