Valentine & CuisinEquip has acquired Vito UK

The exclusive UK distributor of leading German oil filtration manufacturer Vito, Valentine & CuisinEquip has now acquired ownership of the business.

Having partnered with Vito UK for several years, Valentine & CuisinEquip has supported the company in distributing a range of unique, portable filtration systems that enable caterers to prolong both the quality and the life of the oil they use, while also substantially reducing the cost. However, with Vito UK’s directors, Iain and Kim Addison now looking towards retirement, ownership of the business has been transferred to Valentine & CuisinEquip.

Iain Addison explains: “Kim and I, along with our fantastic team, partners and customers built the business up from being a sole trader importing products in 2006 before it became Vito UK in 2008.

“We’re all incredibly proud of the way the company has grown since then and how Vito filtration technology has helped thousands of caterers to save money, reduce waste and drive efficiency in the process. We are confident that the sale to Valentine & CuisinEquip, which went through in March, will ensure that Vito UK will continue to thrive under its new ownership.”
